Common deep groove ball bearing structure

Deep groove ball bearing, also called single row centripetal ball bearing, is one of the most widely used bearings. Characterized by low friction resistance, high speed, can be used to bear radial load or radial and axial simultaneous action of the combined load parts. Deep groove ball bearings are the most widely used bearings with the lowest production and maintenance costs, that is, they are cheap to buy and easy to worry about.

Deep groove ball bearing is composed of inner and outer ring, rolling body and cage. Common deep groove ball bearings are divided into open type bearings and sealed type bearings (dust cover type and sealing ring type).

(1) The rolling body and cage can be seen on the side of the open deep groove ball bearing. This kind of bearing is mostly used in closed environment such as gearbox or bearing seat.

(2) Ball bearings with dust-proof covers on both sides have been loaded with lubricating grease when leaving the factory. They belong to the maintainance-free type and are suitable for the exposed open environment. Steel plate dust-proof covers can prevent general pollutants from entering the bearing raceway.

(3) Double sealing ring type ball bearing is based on the steel plate hub to add a layer of nitrile rubber, sealing performance is stronger. Suitable for harsh environment, such as agricultural machinery, chemical machinery, woodworking machinery, sewage treatment plant and so on.
