I’ve been in the bearing business for some time and met all kinds of buyers. South American clients can be unreliable. Talks go well, quotation is ready, then they disappear. European buyers are normally trustworthy,however we were about to send samples while drafting a careful email, at last never heard back. Indian clients are super enthusiastic even without much prior work, which sometimes catches me off guard.
