The temperature does not affect the bearing load. However, it does affect the way the applied load is handled inside the bearing. Depending on the size of the temperature, there are several areas that could be affected. If the temperature is relatively high, the material characteristics of the bearing components may change, such as polymer cages, the thermal stability temperature of the steel, seals, etc. These are easy to assess.轴承6000

However, the internal clearance of the bearing and its change with temperature will have a significant impact on the size of the load zone in the bearing. When there is a large temperature difference between the two ends of the bearing (that is, the hot shaft and the cold housing), the internal clearance of the bearing will be reduced. This reduction in internal clearance changes the load zone from about 150° to anywhere close to 360°. The smaller the load area, the lower the temperature of the bearing is usually during operation. However, the larger the load area, the better the load distribution, but the higher the operating temperature. If the internal bearing clearance is completely eliminated and a 360° load zone is created, the internal bearing load increases dramatically. This will create a higher load and higher rolling friction within the bearing. What are the key issues to pay attention to to ensure good bearing life?

The most common cause of premature bearing failure is poor lubrication. This can mean many things, including: incorrect lubricant type or quantity, improper lubrication operation, and unforeseen application conditions that cause lubrication failure. Another common cause of premature bearing failure is improper storage and handling and improper installation.

Bearings are precision components that can easily be damaged by improper handling and storage. During the installation process, if the improper technology is used, the bearing may be damaged, and the bearing will be contaminated even before it is put into use. These conditions will greatly shorten the service life of the bearing.
