What is the installation stage of motor bearings?

(1) Clean the motor bearing with kerosene, push it into the bearing seat, fill 2/3 of the shell No.3 lithium baffle on the outer wheel of the bearing, and evenly unfold and install it with clean hands. The bearing pulley and the fastening bolt coated with bolt locking glue will press the bearing pulley.

(2) The motor bearing is a cylindrical rolling bearing with separable inner and outer jackets. The inner ring of the bearing should be installed on the rotating shaft and kept in place.

(3) Install the bearing pedestal on the sleeve. If Greek injection holes exist, they must be aligned. Compress the bearing pedestal with fixing bolts coated with anti-bolt loosening adhesive.

(4) The inner and outer eccentric blocks are installed on the shaft and installed in situ. If there is a shaft key, the shaft key must be installed in the keyway, then the external eccentric block must be installed, and the shaft fixing ring must be installed on the rotating shaft.

(5) Tighten the fixing bolts on the fixed eccentric block, rotate the adjusting eccentric block to the angular position, and tighten the fixing bolts after removal. After the above assembly, the rotating shaft must move along a certain axis direction.

(6) Fix the protective covers at both ends of the top vibration motor with screws.

How to disassemble the motor bearing?

(1) Remove the protective covers at both ends of the vibration motor (the vertical vibration motor has no protective cover), record the percentage value of the exciting force when the eccentric block works, and return to the original working state during installation;

(2) Remove the shaft retaining ring from both shaft ends.

(3) Loosen the fixing bolts of the external eccentric block and remove the external eccentric block. If there is a shaft key, remove the shaft key. Loosen the fixing bolts of the inner eccentric block and remove the inner eccentric block.

(4) Remove the pressing bolt of the bearing seat, fix its screw in the bearing seat removal screw hole with appropriate bolts, and push the bearing seat away from the safe.

(5) Remove the bearing slip ring from the bearing pedestal, press the bearing from the bearing pedestal or push the bearing onto the appropriate bolt.

(6) If the bearing is a cylindrical rolling bearing with separable inner and outer sleeves, the inner sleeve of the bearing must be removed from the shaft and placed in the original bearing sleeve.

(7) Thoroughly clean all parts of the oil.
