The common method in the field is the overall test method of the equipment and the way of manual auscultation. However, the method of manual auscultation has a large discreteness, and the test results are more dependent on the tester, so this test is difficult to achieve objective quantification in terms of rigor.

In a specialized laboratory, the noise measurement of the bearing becomes more accurate, so the separation is also relatively easy.

Artificial recognition can be carried out according to the characteristics of some bearing fault noise to a certain extent, and some artificial intelligence algorithms can be referenced to process the sound signal, so as to separate the noise signal of the bearing characteristics.
