In some machinery, original rolling bearings have been in operation for more than 40 years. However, the service life of general deep groove ball bearings is 3-10 years. For some bearings that fail after being used for less than one year, there are various factors that affect their service life, such as excessive vibration. In addition, there are also changing factors that can affect the equipment, such as noise and pollution, that need to be considered. The comprehensive consideration and evaluation of various influencing factors plays a vital role in increasing the service life of the bearing and ensuring the trouble-free operation of the fan for many years.62系列组合

Some deep groove ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings are designed with a spherical outer surface and are mounted in housings with matching spherical surfaces. This allows the bearing to rotate within the housing to provide concentricity. The most common bearing type using this technique has a saddle housing where the bearing protrudes beyond the housing. Split roller bearings use cylindrical roller bearings for maximum bearing life and are therefore one of the most dominant bearing types with a spherical seating surface. With a spherical seating surface, the bearing seal must be an integral part of the bearing.

Spherical roller bearings and self-aligning ball bearings have a spherical outer ring track which allows the bearing to self-align. The inner ring track must be concave, which means that one row is unstressed under axial load, so both bearing types are arranged in double rows. Although spherical roller bearings and self-aligning ball bearings allow a certain degree of concentricity deviation, the deviation should not be too large. This is due to misalignment of the bearing seals and the extent to which the bearings can move.

All bearings have a minimum load requirement in order for the bearing to operate effectively. If the rolling elements of the bearing are not properly stressed, or there is not enough force to make the balls or rollers roll, the rolling bodies will slip. Roller bearings tend to warp when one side is stressed, so roller bearings are more likely to slip than ball bearings. This means that roller bearings require greater loads.
