1. Antirust performance The grease used in the bearing must have antirust effect, and the antirust agent is best insoluble in water. Grease should have good adhesion and can form an oil film on the steel surface.

2. Mechanical stability grease will become soft in mechanical processing, leading to leakage. In normal operation, grease will be thrown into the bearing from the bearing seat. If the mechanical stability of the grease is not enough, the structure of the grease soap will be mechanically disintegrated during operation, resulting in the destruction of the grease and the loss of lubrication.

3. Oil seal is a necessary barrier to protect bearings and lubricants from external pollution. In the process of bearing operation, no matter debris or moisture can penetrate into the bearing to prevent damage. Correct installation and maintenance is an important factor to play the longest service life of bearings. At the same time, attention must be paid to the cleanliness of bearings, the correctness of bearing selection and the selection of appropriate installation and maintenance tools.

4. Never mix incompatible oils with mixed oils. If two incompatible oils are mixed, the consistency will usually become soft, and eventually the oil may be easily lost and cause damage to bearings. If you do not know what kind of grease the bearing originally used, you must thoroughly remove the old grease inside and outside the bearing before adding the new grease.

5. The classification of oils is mainly based on temperature and working conditions: oils can be classified according to their allowable working temperature, and the consistency and lubrication ability of oils are affected by the working temperature. Bearings operating at a certain temperature must select oils with correct consistency and good lubrication effect at the same temperature.

6.
