2. Factors such as poor lubricating oil quality or poor use conditions lead to premature bearing wear.

Wear failure means that the relative sliding friction between surfaces causes the metal on the working surface to wear continuously, resulting in failure. Continuous wear will cause gradual damage to bearing parts, and eventually lead to the loss of bearing dimensional accuracy and other related problems.

Viscous wear refers to the uneven force of the friction surface due to the micro-bumps or foreign bodies on the friction surface, the selection of lubricating grease is not suitable for or in the serious deterioration of lubrication conditions, due to local friction heat generation, it is easy to lead to local deformation of the friction surface and friction micro-welding phenomenon, and in serious cases, the surface metal may be partially melted.
