  • What is the difference between precision bearings and ordinary bearings

    What is the difference between precision bearings and ordinary bearings? The performance of precision bearings requires that small friction when the rotating body has high run out precision and high speed rotation. In this case, precision bearings are divided into P0, P6, P5, P4 and P2 according to ISO classification standards. P0 bearing is normal precision.
     
    The size requirements is different. The size error (inner diameter, outer diameter, ellipse, etc.) of products with high precision grade is smaller than that of products with low precision grade.
     
    The requirements of rotation accuracy are different. The rotation accuracy of products with high precision (inner radial run out, outer diameter run out, end run out facing raceway, etc.) is stricter than that of products with low precision. 
     
    The requirements of surface shape and surface quality are different.  The surface shape and surface quality (surface roughness of raceway or groove, circular error, groove shape error, etc.) of products with high precision are stricter than those of products with low precision.

  • Technical requirements for the deep groove ball bearings (motor bearings)

    It is a comprehensive and systematic inspection and acceptance of deep groove ball bearings (motor bearings) to the noise detection analysis and sealing performance test for micro and small deep groove ball bearings. The quality of bearings which we produced has been greatly improved after 20 years of technical research and development, process improvement and continuous updating of equipment. It is including vibration (noise detection), indistinguishable sound pass rate, accuracy reserve rate and other major performance indicators have been significantly improved.

    It has good vibration performance. The vibration (velocity and acceleration) value was low, the pass rate of Z4 and V3 grade was high, the peak value of vibration acceleration was small, the mean peak factor of wave was less than 5, the statistical results of vibration velocity and acceleration were normal distribution, and the dispersion was small.

    The qualified rate of the no abnormal sound bearing has reached a high level. The qualified rate of the no abnormal sound bearing is no less than 92%. Now we are trying to control the qualified rate to a higher level, and strive to control it at 99%.

    Excellent sealing performance. It is 100% qualified of grease leakage rate when the temperature rise for the ordinary sealing performance, but the dust proof effect is not necessarily 100% qualified. On the contrary, dust proof, grease leakage and temperature rise three indicators are 100% qualified for the good sealing performance.

    It has a good accuracy reserve rate. The dimensional accuracy and rotation accuracy of our bearings reach 100% to P6 level, and more than 90% to P5 level, and P4 level also occupies a high proportion. The statistical results of dimensional accuracy and rotation accuracy are normal distribution, and the process capability index is good.

    Radial clearance control is reasonable. The clearance value is reasonably selected according to the requirements of low-noise bearings and the requirements of application scenarios and motor speed. The clearance of finished bearings is uniform and consistent, and the clearance process ability index is good.

    The surface quality of parts is good. The finished bearing was dissected to test the roundness, corrugation and roughness of the raceway of the ring. The test results showed that the roundness (2-15) was within 0.5μm, the roundness (15-500) was within 0.06μm, and the roughness was within 0.03μm, and the surface quality was all at a high level.
