However, the bearing with C3 clearance will bring slight vibration and noise to the motor during operation, but the vibration and noise will be slightly reduced after the temperature rises for a period of time. The larger the size of the bearing, the greater the amount of heat expansion.

There is also the motor itself temperature rise caused by other aspects of the motor itself to increase the bearing temperature, but also try to choose C3 clearance bearings.

The accuracy is the smaller the value, the better, and the clearance should be based on the working environment, not to say that it is better or smaller. If it is used on the motor, it should be small.

2. The importance of bearing installation

Whether the bearing is installed correctly affects the accuracy, life and performance. Therefore, the design and assembly department should fully study the installation of bearings. It is expected to be installed according to operating standards.

3. Operation check

After the bearing installation, in order to check whether the installation is correct, the operation check should be carried out, and the small machinery can be rotated by hand to confirm whether the rotation is smooth. Check items include poor operation caused by foreign bodies, scars and indentation, uneven rotating torque caused by poor installation, poor processing of mounting seat, small clearance, large torsion caused by installation error sealing friction, and so on. Power operation can begin if there is no anomaly.
