3. Bearing load type. Such as 0 series, 2 series and 3 series, motor products are relatively commonly used bearing series code, different series of bearings, load capacity is different, 3 series bearings relative to 0 series and 2 series bearing load capacity is strong, the width of the bearing ring is relatively large, ball diameter is relatively large.

4. Diameter code of bearing inner ring. The code is represented by numbers, except for special provisions for particularly small bearings, the product of the last two digits of the bearing code and the number 5, that is, the diameter of the bearing inner ring. The bearing outer ring is different according to the bearing type and series.

5. Bearing suffix C code. The bearing code reflects the most is the bearing clearance code, which is reflected in the way of letters and numbers, such as C3 clearance, which is relatively used in the motor. In particular, different numbers represent different gap sizes.

6. Bearing suffix Z code. In domestic bearings, Z1, Z2 and Z3 codes are displayed on the bearing or bearing minimum packaging, is the embodiment of bearing vibration acceleration performance, the mark is also limited to domestic bearings, most imported brand bearings, its vibration acceleration value has reached the requirements of domestic low-noise bearings, so there is no such mark.

7. Bearing suffix RZ and RS code. This is the code way of sealing bearings, mostly on small size bearings. The two marks prove that the sealing method is different, if there is no number before the code, it is a single-sided seal, if there is a number 2, it is a double-sided seal. The bearing system of the motor installed with this type of bearing is relatively simple, and the bearing inner cover can be omitted.
