For our bearing manufacturers, the rust of stored bearings means scrap. Today we will talk about "bearing storage precautions".
Step 1: Temperature
It is recommended that the optimal storage temperature of the bearing is 20℃, and there is no significant temperature change. Taking into account the limitations of the actual conditions in summer, the temperature of the bearing warehouse can be controlled at about 30℃-34℃. The temperature change within 48 hours does not exceed 10℃.
Step 2: Humidity
The air in the bearing warehouse must be clean and dry, free of acid and corrosive gases and water vapor, and it is necessary to keep the warehouse clean to avoid bearing contact with dust.
3. Warehouse conditions
The warehouse is best to be used only for storing bearings, if it must be placed in the warehouse with other goods, then these goods can not be acidic, alkaline items, but can not directly contact the bearing.
If some harmful items are stored with bearings, these items should at least be stable and will not produce harmful gases.
Warehouse decoration materials can not produce harmful gases. Avoid direct sunlight on the bearing.
4. Bearing placement
Bearings can not be directly stored on the ground, should be placed on the shelf, and the lowest shelf at least 20 cm from the ground. At the same time, the shelves should maintain a certain distance from the wall of the warehouse.
The bearing shelf should be smooth and strong, if conditions allow, it is recommended to lay a layer of moisture-proof paper on the shelf. Bearings can not be stacked too high, can not be placed upright, it is best that all the end faces are supported.
5. Inventory control
All the bearings in the warehouse must be inventoried at least once a year, and the three vertical bearings will generally be inventoried according to the production date of the bearings, the appearance of the packaging, the monthly consumption and the customer, and then according to the results of the inventory, the bearings are properly classified and managed. Implement a first-in, first-out process when shipping.
